Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to hire The Resonance Centre, we look forward to welcoming you to the space, and indeed our ever expanding community. Please read the ‘Terms of Hire’ below before confirming your booking. TERMS OF HIRE - I/we agree to NOT plug any electrical items into sockets that have not been PAT tested by a qualified electrician. - I/we will ensure that I/we will have appropriate insurance for your group and the work you are doing. - I/we will ensure that I/we have carried out our own risk assessment for the specific activity you are doing within the space you are hiring. If you require access to the space ahead of your booking to facilitate this then please let us know. - I/we agree to remove all belongings and rubbish from the space when you leave so the space is always ready for the next user. - I/we agree to tidy any items you use away before leaving. This includes any tables, chairs or yoga equipment. - I/we agree to NOT go in the rooms/offices that are not part of your booking. We are home to a wellness collective and some of our rooms are rented by other groups so it’s important that we are all respectful of everyone’s own working space. - I/we agree to NOT use any produce or crockery from the snackery. Locally produced complimentary herbal tea along with plates/cups for communal use can be found in ‘Communitea’ corner next to the store room downstairs. - I/we understand that The Resonance Centre is a ‘cruelty free’ space and will respect this by NOT bring any animal products into the centre or its food preparation areas. This includes: Meat, Dairy (milk, cheese, Yoghurt, dairy chocolate), Eggs, Honey. This policy means there are no food hygiene ‘risk items’ in our kitchens areas. - I/we understand that The Resonance Centre is an intoxicant free space. This includes alcoholic beverages. - I/we understand that the person opening for me/us will provide me/us with instruction on fire procedures along with alarm and extinguisher points on arrival. - If there is anything I/we are unsure of we agree to ask. DISCLAIMER - The Resonance Centre CIC is unable to take responsibility for any third party items stored here on the premises. Please ensure that any items you store here are covered by your own insurance policy.
